I started my journey in the promotional world—working for a manufacturer that brought creative promo-item ideas to life. My office was overflowing with samples: pens, water bottles, tote bags, custom apparel—you name it. Seeing those ideas become tangible and delivered filled my heart. Later, I switched sides—working as a client of suppliers and manufacturers. I loved collaborating with businesses to create standout swag for events, staff appreciation, trade shows… you name it.
